Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities and life skills.
• Assist clients with personal care and housekeeping tasks as specified in care plans.
• Facilitate community integration through outside activities.
• Provide medical care as needed for clients.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with agency and state policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills in English, including reading and writing.
• Willingness to submit to for-cause drug testing.
• Organized and efficient in task management.
• Ability to perform personal care and housekeeping chores as needed.
• Experience working with diverse client populations in various settings.
• Ability to treat all clients with respect and warmth.
• Meet additional requirements as specified in the full job description.
