Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Follow Individual Support Plans to provide tailored support to each individual.
- Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Engage in activities at various settings, including parks and sensory gardens, to promote social interaction and skill development.
- Foster a sense of pride and independence in individuals by teaching them essential life skills.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required; paid training is provided.
