About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a crucial role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with low vision or blindness, to achieve their full potential. This position focuses on providing support through engaging in rehabilitative and vocational activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment, and facilitating community integration. The DSP is responsible for transportation, personal care, and maintaining records related to the individuals served, all while fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
