About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role at RHD Connecticut involves providing safety and supervision to individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health histories. The DSP will facilitate healthy behaviors, coordinate with clinical staff, and assist clients in achieving their clinical goals while promoting their dignity and rights. This position is available in various shifts and is integral to supporting clients in their daily activities both at home and in the community.
