About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role at Help at Home involves providing essential support services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities. This position is designed for compassionate individuals who enjoy one-on-one interactions and want to make a positive impact in the lives of others. DSPs are responsible for assisting clients in developing new skills, maintaining a safe environment, and achieving personal goals outlined in their Individual Support Plans (ISP).
