Responsibilities
- Charting or taking notes for others to review
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Assisting in medication administration
- Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport
Requirements
- Experience in Direct Support for at least 2 years
- Valid State of New Jersey driver's license free of any moving violations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in caregiving (1 year preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
