Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Encourage and facilitate community involvement and participation in favorite activities.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
- Provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and multi-task effectively.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
