Responsibilities

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well by providing support and care.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.

• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities.
• Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs of participants.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
