About the position
Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with developmental disabilities in the Shoreview, MN area. The role focuses on providing support in daily living skills, personal hygiene, and community engagement, while ensuring a safe and enriching environment for individuals with various intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills and household tasks.
- Support personal hygiene and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities and leisure activities.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass DHS background study.
