Responsibilities
- Attend to the daily needs of the individuals served.
- Perform a diverse range of tasks to support individuals in developing essential daily living skills and habits.
- Teach, encourage, and guide individuals to empower them towards achieving their highest level of independence.
Requirements
- Valid/Clean Driver's License REQUIRED
- High School Diploma/GED or Ability to take/pass the Test of Basic Adult Education (TABE)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
