About the position

Sodexo is seeking a Director 2 - Facilities Operations for The Mosaic Community Campus in Denver, CO. This leadership role focuses on managing facilities operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining positive client relationships. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience in facilities management to oversee multiple functions, including mechanical, HVAC, custodial, and financial management, while driving team development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of capital projects
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Research and implement new processes and technology
• Conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues and communicate results
• Manage interviewing and hiring timely, and coach staff and service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budget
• Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility, including mechanical, HVAC, structural, architectural, landscape, energy management, snow removal, event coordination, custodial, electrical, environmental and safety, and financials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Director experience in a campus setting
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Exceptional customer service, relationship building, and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
• Proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds, and custodial
• Experience managing multiple departments at a campus including grounds, environmental services, construction and project management, and maintenance.
