About the position

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Director of Access Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategic access marketing initiatives for daraxonrasib, with particular emphasis on payer marketing, channel partner engagement, and patient support programs. This role will be instrumental in supporting a successful launch through effective launch planning, tailored messaging to various customer types, and working cross-functionally with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Compliance partners. The Director will manage the marketing agency on a day-to-day basis, including overseeing the budget and tactical planning. This position is based out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the creation of value proposition messaging and materials tailored for payers, PBMs, IDNs, channel partners, GPOs, and other key managed care stakeholders.
  • Develops provider and patient focused materials that clearly communicate patient support services and program enrollment processes.
  • Designs and execute materials for communicating positive payer coverage determinations to field sales team.
  • Leads design of access portion of brand website.
  • Partners with national account field team to educate on access strategy and available resources.
  • Manages day-to-day relationships with marketing agency.
  • Works closely with Brand Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to ensure all materials support brand goals and follow compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of experience in managed care marketing.
  • Experience in new product launches, including pre-launch engagement and post-launch tactics.
  • Oral oncolytic experience.
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Strong understanding of evolving access landscape.
  • Track record of being a collaborative team player, and adaptive to meet the needs of a growing business.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines.
  • Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well: strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
