  • Manage the full renewal process, including leading contract negotiations.
  • Ensure favorable terms that align with company goals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Direct end-to-end relationship management across the firm to drive engagement of all products.
  • Engage in routine territory and account planning using available data to develop informed strategies.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of financial services and capital markets, with a focus on fixed income preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in developing business and growing revenue streams with major firms.
  • Ability to develop an extensive network of contacts at the senior executive level.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
