About the position

The Director of AI and Data is a senior leadership role focused on transforming client organizations through advanced artificial intelligence and data strategies. This position requires a visionary leader with extensive consulting experience to architect and operationalize data modernization initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and drive revenue growth. The director will also oversee customer success mechanisms to ensure superior service delivery and fulfillment of key performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive AI and data modernization strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate feedback into AI solutions and data strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals in AI and data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data modernization and AI implementation.
• Documented success in driving revenue growth through management of large-scale AI and data-driven programs.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of data architecture, database management systems, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/data services.
• Proven competency in managing large-scale budgets and P&L responsibilities in excess of $20M.
• Successful history of leading data modernization initiatives and AI implementations.
• Expertise in building effective working relationships with onsite and distributed teams.
• Experience in developing and scaling AI-centric consulting services.
• Exceptional abilities in articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of establishing deep customer relationships.
