About The Position

We are hiring a Director of AI Solution Consulting to lead a strategic vertical within our Enterprise Sales organization. This individual will be responsible for leading, scaling, and developing a high-performing team of AI Solutions Consultants (AISCs) focused on driving enterprise customer acquisition, pilot success, expansion, and long-term revenue growth. You will work directly with executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, CTOs, CIOs, and technical teams at enterprise organizations to help modernize software development with AI. This is a highly strategic and customer-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in competitive environments, knows how to win complex enterprise deals, and can build elite customer-facing teams. You’ll partner closely with our Director of Enterprise Sales, Leadership, and Engineering teams to capitalize on significant enterprise demand while building the operational foundation and talent strategy for a world-class AI Solutions Consulting organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, solutions consulting, sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise technology leadership
  • Experience leading and scaling customer-facing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executive stakeholders
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex customer environments
  • Strong operational leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Solutions Consulting leader
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products
  • Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling
  • Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows
  • Previous experience at companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, Datadog, Snowflake, or enterprise consultancies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a team of AI Solutions Consultants within a dedicated enterprise vertical
  • Act as an executive technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy
  • Own strategic customer relationships throughout complex enterprise sales cycles and deployments
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, pilot conversions, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead technical discussions around software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
  • Develop scalable frameworks, operational processes, and best practices for the Solutions Consulting organization
  • Mentor, coach, and hire top-tier customer-facing technical talent
  • Run executive-level discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proofs-of-concept
  • Help customers integrate Blitzy into existing engineering environments and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Translate customer feedback into product improvements and strategic roadmap insights
