About the position

The Analytics Data Enablement Director at The Coca-Cola Company is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of the company's data foundation, enabling partners to make informed decisions through connected data solutions. This role combines business acumen with technical expertise in data and analytics, focusing on implementing enterprise data strategies and ensuring that data drives business value. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrate measurable business impact, and foster collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing creation of the data foundation, DnA IQ.
  • Accountable for all data foundation elements of the analytics product development framework, including discovery, design, deployment, quality, and continuous enhancements.
  • Lead enablement teams in developing DMH (Dimensions Metrics Hierarchies), STM (Source to Target Mapping), data model design, build, and testing across requirements for new and existing data models.
  • Own holistic data analytics framework alignment across the local data platform by partnering with digital services local and global architecture and engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements to technical solutions, establishing clear objectives and key results in collaboration with the team.
  • Define roadmaps and capacity assessments that provide details of project scope, approach, deliverables, OKRs, and project timelines including work breakdown structure.
  • Lead third-party vendor efforts to augment capacity and increase delivery velocity.
  • Run analytic framework development milestone sessions to gain alignment/approvals on requirements and model design across multiple functions.
  • Understand current business practices, processes, and procedures while identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Prior experience building large scale enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse analytics, preferably lake house architecture.
  • Proficiency in relational and multi-dimensional data modeling, SQL, database structures, and query optimization.
  • Ability to estimate complexity, effort, and risk.
  • Strong capacity to explain business processes, analytical and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation languages necessary to build and maintain complex queries and data pipelines.
  • Data modeling skills including a strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalization, and dimensional data modeling.
  • In-depth experience with Azure and technology systems, with the ability to learn the ecosystem to help overcome roadblocks and inform design decisions.
  • Experience with implementation of master data, data quality & standards, and ETL tools.
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, a self-starter; driven, confident, collaborative, and seeks to continue building data and analytics product delivery leadership skills in a highly facilitative role.
  • Experience with OKRs and agile frameworks.
