The Asian Marketing Director at Bally's Atlantic City plays a pivotal role in representing the property in the development, marketing, and hosting of casino customers. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, including receiving and reviewing complimentary requests from customers, ensuring that all necessary approvals for complimentary services and travel are obtained. The Director is responsible for greeting customers upon their arrival and ensuring that their reservations are in order, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. In addition to customer service, the Asian Marketing Director works independently to identify and develop new markets that will increase market share and profitability for the casino. This involves collaborating closely with the Executive Director of International Marketing to devise effective local market strategies. The Director is also tasked with making recommendations regarding promotional events that could attract new business, thereby contributing to the casino's growth and visibility in the competitive market. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Director will work alongside the marketing department to support property special events, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned and effective. Acting as a liaison between casino personnel and customers, the Director will facilitate communication and ensure that customer needs are met. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role and the casino environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represents the property in developing, marketing, and hosting casino customers
  • Receives and reviews complimentary requests from customers, obtaining appropriate approval for complimentary and comp travel
  • Greets customers upon arrival and ensures reservations are in order
  • Identifies and develops new markets to increase market share and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets and customer preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
