DHL Technical Services Powered by Kalitta (DTS) is a newly formed joint venture between DHL Network Operations (USA), Inc. (DHL) and Kalitta Air LLC (Kalitta). DTS will provide line maintenance services to aircraft of DHL Network operators as they transit the Cincinnati (CVG) hub. DTS is currently still in its start-up phase with a target date of beginning revenue operations at/around April 1, 2025. At maturity, DTS will generate revenues of US$35 million and will have approximately 200 employees. The DTS CFO is responsible for being the strategic accounting, finance and HR business partner supporting DTS's General Manager and Board of Directors and is a member of the senior leadership team. This role will oversee the financial health of DTS while ensuring alignment to company policies, communication of financial results to DTS management and the JV partners (DHL and Kalitta) and compliance and reporting related to HR functions.
