About the position

The Director, B2B DMe Campaign Marketing at Adobe is a pivotal role responsible for architecting global coordinated campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with various teams including Worldwide Field Operations, Field Sales, B2B Product Marketing, and GMO to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with Adobe's go-to-market and revenue goals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to significantly impact Adobe's market position and growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that yield measurable results. In this role, you will develop and lead comprehensive campaign strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and field marketing programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. Building and maintaining positive relationships with sales, sales operations, and cross-functional teams will be crucial for successful campaign execution. You will also lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, identifying, measuring, and optimizing key programs and resources to enhance marketing performance and value. Additionally, you will pilot and test innovative marketing initiatives to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency. The role involves overseeing the successful execution of marketing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and the timely delivery of deliverables. Collaboration across functions to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and develop best practices will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive campaign strategies, including ABM and field marketing programs, aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and ARR growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with sales, sales operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Lead and develop an impactful marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive marketing performance and value.
  • Pilot and test innovative marketing initiatives to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Lead and be responsible for the successful execution of marketing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery of deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and develop standard methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 10+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, with experience in cloud marketing being a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in leading ABM, Digital and field marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing technologies (automation platforms, ABM tools, analytics, CRM) and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Forward-thinking with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.

  • Competitive salary range of $142,800 -- $287,700 annually based on location and experience.
