In this role, you will be at the intersection of content, technology, and marketing, thriving in a data-driven partner marketing environment. As the Director of B2B Marketing and Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving the content, digital experience, marketing, and partnership initiatives of a rapidly growing B2B travel company. You will lead a multicultural, fast-paced, and dynamic team where new insights and out-of-the-box thinking are welcomed and encouraged. The position offers a base salary of $110,000 - $120,000, along with a Travelopia Management Bonus Scheme of 10-20% outside of the base salary. Your responsibilities will include leading our digital and offline marketing channels, defining the content strategy, and supervising the production of all marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. You will allocate budgets across channels to achieve commercial objectives, maintain an external perspective on competition, and develop and drive the partnership marketing strategy. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure effective marketing initiatives and to enhance the customer journey using data and insights. You will also represent marketing in key collaborator forums, ensuring alignment with other teams on upcoming plans and activities.
