About the position

The Director of Brand & Content at Greenlight Guru is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and content strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. This role requires a performance-oriented leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, capable of storytelling and building programs that support growth throughout the customer journey. The position involves collaboration across various marketing teams and managing a high-performing team to enhance the company's market presence and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and content strategy to strengthen market presence and support growth.
  • Own the reporting and analytics for all content programs, analyzing performance and market trends.
  • Prioritize and oversee the creation of multimedia content types, including thought leadership, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, International, and Product Marketing teams to deliver impactful content.
  • Develop and execute a community strategy to maximize the impact of evangelism and customer advocacy.
  • Create and implement a public relations strategy to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Own and optimize SEO efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS experience managing brand and content programs, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant commercial growth through brand and content programs.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness across channels.
  • Ability to create programs that resonate with and convert multiple market segments.
  • Experience in auditing down funnel performance to ensure qualified leads are not lost.
  • Full customer journey marketing experience, impacting conversion rates and customer advocacy.
  • Strategic thinking with methodical execution capabilities.
  • Experience leading brand and content programs for a global company.
