About the position

As the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing at Trex Company, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aimed at establishing and enhancing the company's brand leadership in the industry. This role involves setting strategic direction for marketing initiatives, focusing on brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to analyze the consumer purchase process and develop strategies that optimize the consumer journey.
• Collaborate with teams to gain insights into consumer and trade needs, translating these into actionable brand marketing strategies.
• Foster relationships with external agency partners to develop and refine the Trex brand positioning.
• Develop and implement a holistic brand marketing strategy that engages both consumer and trade audiences.
• Recommend and manage marketing budgets to achieve long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support the Trex brand.
• Oversee daily relationships with key agency partners, providing direction and feedback to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that effectively communicate the Trex brand message.
• Establish and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business or Marketing, MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years' experience in marketing, preferably with a building products company.
• 8+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
