As the Communications Director for Brand Marketing Content at McKinsey & Company, you will lead the global content and storytelling strategy, planning, and operations. You will set the agenda for our broader marketing content approach and collaborate on flagship global campaigns to enhance market presence and positively shape familiarity and consideration of McKinsey. Additionally, you will lead the brand news and copy program, which serves as the editorial engine for various marketing platforms, ensuring that all content reflects McKinsey's commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. Your responsibilities will also include directing our organic social media program, crafting client impact stories, and engaging colleagues across the firm in our brand content agenda.
