About the position

The Director - Brand Marketing position is responsible for leading the brand and product marketing strategy for one or more North America brands. This role involves coordinating marketing planning and execution, providing brand direction, and aligning with the Global Brand Marketing strategy. The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Global and North America Brand Leadership teams, to drive marketing plans aimed at increasing revenue and market share. The position also includes managing a team and fostering collaboration across various marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and product marketing strategy for North America brands.
  • Serve as a Lead or Priority Country Brand Marketing Representative.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to position the brand as an industry leader.
  • Coordinate market research priorities to drive strategic insights and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor actions and tailor brand messaging accordingly.
  • Develop and execute Thought Leadership research and publications.
  • Manage branding, positioning, and messaging to attract clients and talent.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to develop programs that drive new client opportunities.
  • Manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience in the technology or human capital industry.
  • Proven analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Awareness of digital marketing strategies and demand generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and data analytics platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in a mid-large sized global matrixed organization.
