About the position

The Director - Brand Marketing position at Manpower is responsible for leading the brand and product marketing strategy for North America. This role involves coordinating marketing planning and execution to enhance brand positioning and drive revenue growth. The director will work closely with internal stakeholders and manage a team to ensure effective marketing strategies are implemented across various channels, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and product marketing strategy for North America brands.
  • Execute marketing plans to grow revenue and market share.
  • Regionalize global brand marketing strategy for key audiences.
  • Design and execute North America product marketing offers and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and propose new growth ideas and product offerings.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Intelligence to tailor brand messaging and strategies.
  • Manage branding, positioning, and messaging to attract clients and talent.
  • Develop marketing programs in partnership with various teams to drive new client opportunities.
  • Manage brand marketing budget and funding requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience in technology or human capital industry.
  • Proven analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Awareness of digital marketing strategies including SEO and social media.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and data analytics platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT or related field.
  • Experience in a mid-large sized global matrixed organization.
