About the position

The Director Broker Services is a key leadership role within Anywhere Real Estate, primarily supporting the Regional President in sales enablement activities across the region. This remote position involves strategic partnership with various leadership roles to drive change management initiatives, manage onboarding activities, and facilitate cross-functional support. The role also includes significant travel within the sales territory, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic sales enablement partner to the Regional President, RVPs, and Branch Managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and finance on Agent Commission Plan rollouts and changes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional support departments such as Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Manage onboarding activities for leadership roles within the region.
  • Oversee the execution of footprint transformation actions in collaboration with the National Director and project management teams.
  • Participate actively in footprint transformation meetings and manage local execution of changes.
  • Provide escalation support for Branch Leaders and RVPs regarding facility-related issues.
  • Partner with the Regional President on acquisition and divestiture activities.
  • Lead change management initiatives and implementations as a Change Agent for field leadership and employees.
  • Work closely with the CBR Sales Enablement team on implementing agent products and value proposition enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience leading real estate field or brokerage operations, preferably at a regional level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and lead projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Systems and process-oriented mindset with a knack for creating order out of chaos.
  • Ability to develop insights, drive innovation, and lead within a matrixed environment.
  • Comfortable operating under ambiguity and adapting as needed.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
