About the position
The Director, Business Analytics and Insights is a leadership role focused on uncovering insights and exploring business opportunities to drive revenue and reduce costs. This position is essential for guiding the Companion Animal and Equine Business Unit (CABU) leaders in making informed decisions through data-driven storytelling. The role involves leading a team of analysts to derive actionable insights and recommendations, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Converge multiple facts during analysis into cohesive narratives for senior leadership.
- Define clear business questions and deliver associated analytics approaches.
- Influence stakeholders by effectively visualizing and presenting data.
- Utilize big data and advanced analytics methods to drive business growth.
- Seek feedback from CABU and EQ leadership teams on analysis effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or Business Administration (MBA).
- 5 years of work experience in data analysis and marketing intelligence.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Nice-to-haves
- Preferred experience in Animal Health.
