About the position

The Director, Business Information Services, Digital Data Solutions at Incyte Corporation is a leadership role within the Business Operations team, focusing on the development of internal competencies related to digital data, business intelligence, and analytical services. This position is responsible for the technical design and implementation of data integration solutions that enhance omnichannel marketing and engagement, ensuring a coordinated customer experience across Incyte's pharmaceutical ecosystem. The role involves managing technical teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving the advancement of digital data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical design and implementation of HCP and consumer (DTC) channel data integration and solutions.
• Build and architect new robust data pipelines for seamless data flow between external and internal systems.
• Lead internal and external resources to deliver digital data solutions in partnership with Incyte's Digital Strategy & Operations team.
• Translate and enhance business requirements into technical specifications for channel integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and stakeholders across the Incyte portfolio.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10-12 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry with omnichannel domain knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience building production-level data pipelines and directing cloud data engineering resources.
• Proven experience in implementing integration solutions for complex digital ecosystems in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical multichannel/omnichannel data and compliance requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
