Responsibilities

  • Steer HonorHealth Heart Care to achieve financial and operational excellence.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and leaders on the strategic design and execution of comprehensive business development plans for Cardiovascular patients.
  • Drive efficiencies, resource optimization, physician alignment and engagement, increased market share, and strong branding.
  • Foster a culture of financial accountability across the entire continuum of cardiovascular care.
  • Promote professionalism, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and research while supporting the organization's mission and goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for HonorHeart, including revenue and expense analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to assess the financial performance of HonorHeart.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure coding, billing, and reimbursement processes are effective.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting financial performance and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and internal analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends in Cardiovascular care.
  • Execute plans to drive growth, market expansion, and revenue generation for HonorHeart.
  • Support the Strategy Department with data to evaluate and prioritize potential strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Monitor industry dynamics, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement policies to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development efforts and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop capital plans for the entire continuum of cardiovascular care.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business cases and feasibility studies for new programs and services.
  • Monitor compliance to co-management initiatives and partner with stakeholders for accurate data gathering and oversight.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of progressive leadership experience demonstrating expertise in finance or business development within the healthcare industry.
