CFO Services encompasses several key areas, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, Business Transformation, and Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation. The Director will be responsible for hypothesis and scope development, connecting with clients to facilitate information gathering, and guiding client interviews to ensure comprehensive data collection. They will define the necessary analyses to validate assumptions and ensure timely execution of projects. In terms of project management, the Director will lead components of projects across multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently. They will proactively manage client expectations, develop actionable plans, and design initiatives aimed at generating cash and improving EBITDA. The role requires anticipating risks and obstacles, creating contingency plans, and effectively communicating with clients. Leadership is a critical aspect of this position, as the Director will leverage their industry expertise to guide teams and foster innovative thinking. They will take accountability for issues identified by both clients and team members, building complementary teams that utilize individual talents effectively. Financial acumen is essential, with a complete proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and understanding accounting treatments. The Director will drive P&L and balance sheet accountability and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates for this role should have a graduate degree from an accredited institution, with a preference for backgrounds in accounting, finance, or economics. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity is required. Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills is essential, with CPA, CFA, MBA, or a Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
