CFO Services encompasses several key pillars, including Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization, Strategic Analytics & Planning, Performance Measurement & Management, Business Transformation, and Auxiliary Services such as Accounting Remediation. The Director will be responsible for hypothesis and scope development, connecting with clients to facilitate information gathering, guiding client interviews, and ensuring that all relevant data is considered. The role requires defining the types of analyses needed to validate assumptions and ensuring timely execution of these analyses. In terms of project management, the Director will lead components of projects that involve multiple service lines and will independently manage smaller projects. This includes proactively managing client expectations, minimizing risks, and developing actionable plans. The Director will also design initiatives aimed at generating cash and improving EBITDA, while anticipating potential risks and creating contingency plans. Collaboration with senior management is essential, as the Director must obtain buy-in from senior management and board members on actionable plans. Leadership is a critical aspect of this role, leveraging industry expertise and prior professional services experience to guide the team and foster innovative thinking. The Director will take accountability for issues identified by both the client and the team, building complementary teams based on individual talents and capabilities. Financial acumen is crucial, with complete proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and understanding accounting treatments. The Director will identify and drive accountability for P&L and balance sheet performance, utilizing tools and resources to facilitate change management and streamline processes.
