About the position

As the Director of Channel Marketing at Rippling, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel marketing strategy to enhance Rippling's position as the preferred solution for brokers and accountants. This role is pivotal in driving significant revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and sales enablement, ensuring that Rippling continues its rapid growth trajectory in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Rippling's channel marketing efforts.
  • Drive marketing and sales to optimize the funnel across positioning, pipeline, win rates, and partner retention.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and personas to inform go-to-market efforts.
  • Build high-impact campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue, and engage partners throughout their lifecycle.
  • Educate sales teams and create sales tools/collateral to support their efforts.
  • Act as a spokesperson and thought leader with analysts, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand generation and product marketing.
  • Ability to build marketing programs that nurture relationships over time.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex problems and develop action plans.
  • Resourceful and results-oriented with a bias towards action.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with storytelling ability.
  • Proven track record of building winning teams.
