The Director of Access Marketing, Channel Strategies Optimization plays a pivotal role in shaping an integrated access strategy for our cardiovascular and immunology business units. This position requires collaboration with key Market Access and brand matrix partners to focus on channel investments and market opportunities. As the primary point of contact for the US immunology and cardiovascular teams, the director will lead and measure pull-through efforts, working closely with sales, account management, specialty pull-through, patient support programs, and product access. The responsibilities of this role include driving market access optimization strategies that encompass payer access, field sales coordination, and patient support programs for our US cardiovascular and immunology products. The director will ensure that market access optimization aligns with annual brand planning and launch strategies. This involves creating targeted programs based on data-driven communications, qualitative insights, and quantitative benchmarks. Additionally, the director will develop and manage customer-facing messaging in collaboration with sales and account executives to enhance the patient journey and improve product accessibility across various market geographies, including national, regional, and local levels. Collaboration with key market access functional teams such as Pricing, Contracting, Trade and Government, Market Access Strategic Accounts, Training, and Business Insights & Analytics will be essential for developing performance monitoring systems. The director will also identify insights and create actionable plans to address brand opportunities, while working in partnership with the US access and pricing strategy matrix to interpret and assess channel events and trends that can lead to improved access wins. Integration with core data and analytic systems will be a critical component of this role.
