Responsibilities

  • Focus on offering BNY Wealth Management's full suite of services to ultra-high net worth individuals through face-to-face meetings and networking.
  • Drive growth by finding new clients whose wealth circumstances align with BNY's value proposition in wealth advisory and planning.
  • Develop new business and collaborate with the team for effective client management.
  • Engage in marketing strategies, regional campaigns, and community events to build and maintain business.
  • Leverage skills to support less seasoned strategists and enhance client needs.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations established for the role.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required; additional certifications and advanced degree are a plus.
  • 15+ years of sales experience and relationship management in the Wealth Management industry.
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals and clients with substantial investable assets.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations to propose appropriate services.
