About the position

The Director of Clinical Operations at DelRicht Research is responsible for overseeing the management and development of clinical research sites across multiple states. This role involves hiring, training, and mentoring managers to ensure high performance and operational excellence. The Director will also maintain physician client relationships and drive business development efforts to expand clinical trial opportunities. This position is critical for managing the complexities of operations and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing managers for Clinical Research Sites.
• Conducting weekly performance reviews and assessments with managers.
• Optimizing site operations and developing region-specific growth plans.
• Collaborating with the Business Development team to market sites and physicians for new clinical trial opportunities.
• Strategically managing and developing physician relationships at each site.
• Providing guidance on new site selection and resource utilization.

Requirements

• 8 years of progressive people management experience with direct and indirect reports.
• Background in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Experience managing Goals and Key Performance Indicators.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 years of physician management or transferable experience.
• 6 years of financial management experience over multiple sites/facilities.
