About the position

The Director of Clinical Operations at DelRicht Research is responsible for overseeing a regional portfolio of clinical research sites, managing a team of managers, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple states. This role involves hiring, training, and developing managers, maintaining physician client relationships, and driving growth and efficiency in clinical operations. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing managers for Clinical Research Sites.
• Conducting weekly 1:1 meetings with managers to provide performance feedback and identify training needs.
• Optimizing existing site operations and developing region-specific growth plans.
• Collaborating with the Business Development team to market sites and physicians for new clinical trial opportunities.
• Strategically managing and developing physician relationships at each site.
• Providing guidance on new site selection and resource utilization for efficiency.

Requirements

• 8 years of progressive people management experience with direct and indirect reports.
• Background in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Experience managing Goals and Key Performance Indicators.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 years of physician management or transferable experience.
• 6 years of financial management experience over multiple sites/facilities.
