In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Axon's sales teams and a wide array of key business stakeholders and cross-functional leaders across the company. Your primary focus will be to provide insights and drive policy governance, ensuring robust internal controls, and managing a timely and accurate US GAAP accounting and reporting process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in integrating new businesses and operations into the existing framework. This position is remote, specifically for candidates located in the Eastern half of the United States. As a thought leader, you will guide sales teams in developing sales strategies, introducing new products, negotiating contracts, and conducting financial modeling and accounting analysis. You will implement strong internal controls and processes to ensure high-quality financial reporting, which includes both operational and financial metrics. Your efforts will be directed towards driving operational excellence and developing a scalable commercial controllership process in a high-growth environment. You will oversee the analysis and diagnosis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics to optimize operational results over time. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive data transformation initiatives aimed at delivering faster and richer insights for data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, you will lead certain strategic controllership M&A integrations, focusing on process and system integration, and work closely with key functional leaders such as supply chain and operations to ensure smooth operational integration. You will also support various ad hoc controllership projects that arise due to the rapid growth of the company.
