About the position
The Director, Commercial Digital Solutions is responsible for overseeing the digital strategy of the Commercial Division at BOK Financial. This role involves managing the entire process from conceptualization to post-launch assessment, ensuring that client engagement is optimized through technology. The Director will work closely with various stakeholders to simplify client interactions, automate tasks, and maintain operational efficiency while minimizing risk.
Responsibilities
- Set the digital strategic vision across the Commercial Division for client-facing products.
- Collaborate with Enterprise and line of business leaders to define and shape a digital vision and strategy.
- Understand client needs and preferences through direct interaction and industry trends.
- Drive the execution of the Commercial Digital roadmap and synthesize strategy and business requirements.
- Partner with IT and key stakeholders to manage prioritization of roadmap efforts.
- Manage operational and risk aspects of the Commercial Strategies, including Risk and Control library and Business Continuity program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
- 10+ years' experience in product management/owner.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a digital solutions environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading large and complex cross-functional business initiatives.
- Ability to interact with senior executives and influence across functional boundaries.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong priority and time management skills.
- Experience in an agile methodology.
- Advanced PC application skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management tools.
