About the position

Requirements
- Experience in a senior UX role with evidence of managing creative teams, including leadership and team building.
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring highly talented and productive teams.
- Thorough command of the UX lifecycle with direct experience in all skill areas and tools.
- Excitement about collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders in a distributed model.
- A degree in a visual or experiential design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in business and employee management services is an advantage.
