About the position

The Director of International Strategy & Partnerships will be instrumental in supporting the NFL's Consumer Products business unit, which encompasses global licensing, e-commerce, retailer relationships, and gaming. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy for growth in international markets, particularly in Europe, and will involve collaboration with local market management and various NFL stakeholders. The position offers a leadership opportunity to shape the NFL's global consumer engagement as the league expands its reach.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for growth in NFL's priority international markets, including market assessments and entry strategies.
• Lead financial reporting and forecasting of the business with finance teams and territory leads.
• Manage marketing budget and on-field product needs across international Consumer Products.
• Identify growth opportunities focusing on long-term partnerships in key European markets.
• Support global and local partner management in key territories, including retail development and sales of NFL-licensed products.
• Conduct research, financial analyses, and develop proposals for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other NFL departments on joint strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy focused on consumer industries.
• Experience in international markets, especially in Europe.
• General knowledge of the international retail landscape.
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
