In this role, the Director will set a strategic vision for producing original, engaging, and informative content across various channels, including owned, earned, and paid media. The position also involves sharing compelling stories from members and ministry partners, thereby fostering a deeper connection with the audience. The Director is expected to be a leader who inspires a high-performing and engaged team of marketing professionals, driving initiatives that enhance member loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value through effective communication and personalized experiences. The Director will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, and optimization of a unified content and education strategy that positions GuideStone as a faith-aligned expert. This includes creating new content, revising existing materials, and curating third-party content to align with the organization's overall marketing and brand strategy. The role requires a data-driven approach, utilizing insights to analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
