About the position

The Director of Content & Promotional Lifecycle Automation Product Line Lead at Merck is a senior leadership role within the Human Health IT sector. Responsibilities

  • Product management for marketing and content strategy, including development of roadmaps and communication of progress/risks.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation to support business value realization.
  • Lead cross-market and cross-enterprise collaboration to align business objectives and roadmaps.
  • Communicate results to project teams using data visualizations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation using Atlassian Confluence and Jira for scalable deployments.
  • Work with product architects to shape digital marketing capabilities that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global business partners to gather insights from various perspectives.
  • Create business-friendly scenarios for validating needs with business users.
  • Provide thought leadership on using capabilities to support digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

  • Expertise in marketing and content strategy.
  • Knowledge of market regulatory requirements and adaptation of capabilities.
  • Experience in product management and relationship management.
