About the position

The Director/Coordinator of Full-Service Community Schools Grant at Naytahwaush Community Charter School is responsible for enhancing and supporting high-quality, outcome-driven programming. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director and Community Member Liaisons to assess community needs, manage partnerships, and create a supportive learning environment for students. The position also oversees the infrastructure for the school's FSCS grants, ensuring effective governance, strategic partnerships, and sustainable resources.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and support high-quality programming at Naytahwaush Community Charter School.
• Work in partnership with the Executive Director and Community Member Liaisons to assess community needs and assets.
• Manage partnerships and co-create a learning environment that supports student flourishing.
• Oversee the supportive infrastructure for NCCS's FSCS grants, including governance structures and strategic community partnerships.
• Ensure sustainable resources and professional learning opportunities are available.
• Manage data systems related to the FSCS grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 7 years of experience in education or youth development.
• A systems-thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to ignite and support change within the community.
• Understanding of effective community partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing programs in an educational or related setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of cultural awareness and competency in cross-cultural practice with children and families.
• Experience developing and managing program budgets.
• Experience writing and managing grants.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google applications.
