About the position

Circana is seeking a strategic thinker to join the Corporate Strategy group, playing a critical role in defining and accelerating the company's growth trajectory. This position involves leading global cross-functional teams on key growth initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership, and crafting corporate and product strategy recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proven ability to lead teams, and a passion for driving value and growth for Circana's business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the design and iteration of corporate strategy.
  • Drive the strategic planning process, acting as a trusted advisor to Circana's Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business unit, functional, and regional strategies.
  • Spearhead portfolio strategy and optimization efforts to maximize value creation.
  • Direct and coordinate critical company transformation initiatives, including project prioritization and implementation plans.
  • Play a key role in corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestiture efforts throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Lead multiple projects requiring problem structuring, strategy formulation, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Prepare board-level content and presentations in support of key strategic outputs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant strategy experience, with at least 2+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Business or Operations concentration.
  • Industry experience in consumer products, consumer services, retail, software, analytics, or business intelligence sectors.
  • Mastery of strategy craft skills including hypothesis-driven thinking and rigorous data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a strategy team in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Project management experience on an international scale, providing strategic leadership for multiple programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and Excel modeling skills applied to business development and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to executive management.
