"Every great story has a beginning” couldn't ring truer for the AV Editor as they focus on creating short form engaging stories through film and TV content. They'll work closely with the VP, Executive Director and Manager on marketing direction, collaborating on ideas and timelines. Your Role Accountabilities.... Work with Creative Advertising team to develop and execute digital and AV creative materials based on strategies provided by Brand Marketing including hands-on creation of trailers, sizzle reels, AV spots, social/digital assets and video clips. Must be an expert Adobe Premiere user. Interface with various members of creative, including AV Manager, in-house graphics artist, brand and legal teams to confirm music, talent, and other approvals. Works closely with creative team on conceptualizing and copywriting. Thoughtfully researches films and assets for key moments and quotes for inclusion in creative materials. Digitizes and imports/exports creative assets including raw film and production shoot assets, cuts, music, final features, packaging, title treatments, animatics, endcards, and final files, across multiple platforms including AdStream, NEST, Box, Shift IO/Media Silo, and Aspera. Works closely with Creative Advertising VP & Executive Director, and AV Manager on development of creative materials including regular review of concepts, rough-cuts, workload management, and timelines. Must have clear understanding of static assets, video, raw camera footage, audio specs and deliverables and is able to trouble shoot technical issues and communicate solutions. Expert experience with finishing preps is a must. Supports Executive Creative Director and AV Manager by managing and supplying finishing preps, music cue sheets, graphics and other assets while working closely with post houses and other agencies. Attends weekly regular creative meetings, status/kick-off meetings, creative review meetings and brainstorming sessions. Includes staying up-to-date with calendar invites.
