The Director of Creative Asset Management at Starcom plays a pivotal role in facilitating the creative development and production process for digital ad campaigns. In this role, the Director will strategize and partner with agency teams to establish baseline project plans for all deliverables, utilizing project management best practices and tools. They will also manage the internal creative traffic process from ideation to launch, ensuring that all advertising campaigns are executed smoothly. Quality control is a significant aspect of this position, as the Director will oversee the process to ensure that all internal and external assets meet specifications and uphold quality standards. Additionally, the Director will provide leadership, motivation, mentoring, and training for the project management team, while also managing and directing outside partners such as specialized agencies, illustrators, photographers, and graphic designers.
