About the position

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Director of Creative Content to lead the strategic development and execution of creative content for its North American Distillers brands, including Jeffersons, Rabbit Hole, TX, and Smooth Ambler. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into impactful creative executions, primarily focusing on the US market with potential expansion into international markets. The Director will manage a dedicated team of creative professionals and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners to ensure that all creative efforts align with the overall brand strategy and business objectives. The position emphasizes a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all content resonates with consumers and enhances brand loyalty. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire content creation process, from concept development to production and implementation, while also measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of these initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves implementing sustainability initiatives within the creative space, ensuring that all content not only engages consumers but also aligns with Pernod Ricard's commitment to environmental responsibility. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of creative content for North American Distillers brands.
  • Translate business needs into powerful creative executions with a focus on the US market.
  • Manage a dedicated team of creative professionals and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee the full cycle process from concept to production to implementation and measurement.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives within the creative space.
  • Design primary communication and advertising assets based on consumer behavior insights.
  • Build strong consumer relationships and deliver consumer-centric solutions.
  • Drive strategies to increase digital customer engagement with the brands.
  • Analyze and report on market and competitor trends to identify core business threats and opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Establish and organize longer-term goals, themes, and content roadmaps.
  • Monitor and review competitor content and market trends to inspire new content and strategy updates.
  • Create and manage content strategies and plans that deliver on key brand goals and needs.
  • Produce high-quality, compelling, and accurate output in support of projects and plans.
  • Manage external agency relationships and connect the brand to current culture through innovative ideas and collaborations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the brand management team.
