About the position

As a Director of Creative Excellence at Ipsos, you will play a pivotal role in advising major brands and advertisers on their journey towards achieving creative excellence. This position combines creative and analytical skills to provide actionable insights in the dynamic fields of advertising, gaming, and entertainment. You will be responsible for managing creative effectiveness research projects, building strong client relationships, and leading a talented team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the process of managing creative effectiveness research projects from start to finish.
  • Frame objectives, develop research design and sampling plans, and create research instruments such as surveys and discussion guides.
  • Analyze results and create final client deliverables.
  • Find operational efficiencies and drive them forward in project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client strategy.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding clients' big picture strategies and day-to-day needs.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years' experience in the market research and communications field or a relevant area.
  • Experience with creative testing and effectiveness.
  • Experience in the gaming and/or entertainment categories is essential.
  • Strong experience with quantitative research, including survey design, sampling plans, and analysis.
  • Experience with qualitative research, including focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of advanced analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or DOMO.
  • Proficiency in developing clear narratives and storytelling in presentations.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive or MS Office is required.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
