About the position

The Director of Creative Integrated Campaigns at Sally Beauty is a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-quality creative projects across various channels, including print, digital, and social media. This position leads the creative campaign team, ensuring the brand is consistently represented while driving the voice of the brand to create compelling customer messages. As a member of the marketing leadership team, the Director contributes to strategy, concept development, production, and customer experience decisions, collaborating with merchandising and store operations to enhance the brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative projects across print, digital, and social touchpoints.
  • Guide the design team in partnership with the copy team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Contribute to strategy, concept, production, and content decisions as part of the marketing leadership team.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of brand campaigns across various channels for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop shoot strategy, pre-production, and execute brand photoshoots.
  • Direct and collaborate with external creative partners and agencies, providing creative direction and integrating their work with internal concepts.
  • Evaluate and improve the work of the internal creative team to ensure high quality and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and advise the design team, fostering creative talent.
  • Partner with project management and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Advertising, or related field with a strong design portfolio.
  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Designer.
  • At least 5+ years of experience leading and building a team effectively.
  • Experience in mass, traditional, digital, social, and e-commerce channels.
  • Ability to develop effective campaigns within branding guidelines and stated objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative talent to generate breakthrough ideas.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and MAC OS.
  • Experience in AutoCad preferred.
