In this position, you will oversee the creation of cohesive marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring that our brand identity and messaging are consistent across all channels. You will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a compelling brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values, creating playbooks to support the consistent activation of brand elements across all marketing assets. Fostering a culture of creative disruption is essential, as you will always seek new ways to stand out in a crowded marketplace. Mentoring and developing your team will be a key focus, creating an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. You will collaborate with external creative agencies and internal teams to ensure that all creative output is brand-aligned and of the highest quality. Utilizing market research and performance data will inform your creative decisions and campaign strategies, ensuring that we remain competitive and relevant. You will work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message across all touchpoints. Overseeing the production of high-quality marketing assets, including digital content, print materials, and multimedia, will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring they meet our brand standards. Additionally, you will manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI, while monitoring and evaluating brand performance through key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Requirements
